Location:
The boutique hotel, built of natural stone, blends into the barren rocky landscape of the Mani and is situated high above the tiny village of Limeni with spectacular views over the bay and fantastic sunsets. There is a private sea entrance on the rocky coast and about 3 km away is the long, organized pebble/sand beach of Neo Itilo with several cafés and bars. About 4 km away is the center of Areopolis, in the stone alleys there are several boutiques, cafes, bars and taverns adorned with beautiful bougainvilleas and charming houses. The airport of Kalamata is approx. 90 km away. A car is recommended.

Sports/entertainment:
Water sports center in Limeni via external providers. There are various hiking trails nearby. The Dirou caves, one of the most spectacular caves in Europe, are 15 minutes away by car and can only be explored by boat.
