we use all our experience to advise you in the best possible way and to handle your holiday to your complete satisfaction. Your brokerage mandate results in the following terms and conditions between you and us as Wundertravel Travel agency.
The travel agency Wundertravel with its registered office in the town of Kandel in the Rhineland Palatinate, acts exclusively as an intermediary for individual tourist services. In the event of a booking, the contract is concluded between you and the respective service provider. The general terms and conditions of the service providers apply to the services themselves.
This applies in particular to the content and scope of the booked services, cancellations and rebookings, as well as any warranty claims in the event of defective service provision.
For trips where Wundertravel Greece (hereinafter referred to as WTG) acts as its own organizer, the conditions enclosed for these trips apply.
Conclusion of the contract:
Your order can be placed in writing, orally, by fax or via online services via Germany, as well as via the Greek branch in Kardamili in Messini. This depends on the service you have booked. With the acceptance of your booking order by Wundertravel/WTG, a brokerage contract is concluded between you and our agencies.
Obligations of the travel agency:
The contractual obligations of the travel agency include the proper mediation of the services booked by the customer. The provision of the booked services as such is not part of the travel agency's obligations.
Liability as an intermediary:
The travel agency is liable for arranging the booking for the individual trips and service providers, collecting and handing over the travel documents. The travel agency is not liable for the provision of the service providers arranged or procured by it.
Limitation:
The travel agency is only liable for brokerage errors that are within its area of responsibility, e.g. bookings not carried out in accordance with the order. The travel agency is only liable for simple negligence if it charges a fee from the registrant for its brokerage activities, in which case liability is limited to the travel price, unless the damage is based on intent or gross negligence.
The website published by WTG is checked for accuracy in terms of information and topicality. However, this does not exclude the possibility that this information is error-free. We do not guarantee the links mentioned on our websites, as this information is not verified by us.
Cancellation/rebooking:
The cancellation fees are based on the respective general terms and conditions of the individual service providers (WTG Hotel and accommodation partners, transfer providers e.t.c.). In individual cases or in the case of very short-term cancellations, these can amount to up to 100% of the travel price. In general, 30% applies to accommodation services up to 4 weeks before departure. The cancellation and rebooking conditions of the individual service providers can be checked by the customer at Wundertravel / WTG. The travel agency reserves the right to charge a processing fee of 100 euros in addition to the costs charged to the customer by the service provider. To avoid cancellation fees, travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
Payment:
When concluding the contract, a deposit of 30% of the travel price is generally proportionate, which is offset against the travel price. Flight services must be paid in full immediately. The compensation must be paid at least 3 weeks before the start of the trip or with the handing over of the travel documents. In the case of short-term bookings, the total price must be instructed immediately. Tickets are sent by ordinary mail or electronically. This is not extra insured. If travel documents do not arrive at the addressed address, replacement documents will be issued immediately for the guest.
As a rule, you will then receive your travel confirmation or travel vouchers again from us by e-mail or fax, which must be presented to the individual service providers.
Insurance:
We recommend that you take out a travel insurance package when booking.
Passport, visa, customs and health regulations:
Each customer is responsible for compliance with valid domestic and foreign entry and exit, health regulations, passport and visa requirements.
Invalidity of a travel condition:
If a provision of the agency contract is not valid, this does not result in the invalidity of the entire contract.
Photos and text content of this website:
WTG allows you to extract the texts and photos for private purposes, commercial use is only permitted with the express permission of WTG.
Declaration on the duty to provide information
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months in order to process the request and in case of questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent. Our website does not use cookies, for this reason you will not be offered a consent manager.
