We use all our experience to give you the best advice and to handle your vacation to your complete satisfaction. Through your mediation order, the following terms and conditions arise between you and us as Wundertravel travel agency.
General terms and conditions:
The travel agency Wundertravel , located in the city of Kandel, Germany, acts exclusively as an agent for individual tourist services. In case of a booking, the contract is concluded between you and the respective service provider. For the mediated services themselves, the general terms and conditions of the service providers apply.
This applies in particular to the content and scope of the booked services, cancellations and rebookings, as well as any warranty claims in the event of defective service provision.
For trips where Wundertravel Greece (hereinafter referred to as WTG) acts as its own organizer, the conditions attached to these trips apply.
Conclusion of contract:
Your order can be made in writing, verbally, by fax or via online services via Germany, as well as via the Greek branch in Kardamili, Messinia. This depends on the service you have booked. With the acceptance of your booking order by Wundertravel/WTG an agency contract is concluded between you and our agencies.
Obligations of the travel agency:
The contractual obligations of the travel agency include the proper arrangement of the services booked by the customer. The provision of the booked services as such is not part of the duties of the travel agency.
Liability as an intermediary:
The travel agency is liable for arranging the booking to the individual trips and service providers, the collection and the delivery of the travel documents. The travel agency shall not be liable for the provision of the service providers arranged or procured by it.
Limitation of Liability:
The travel agency shall only be liable for mediation errors that lie within its area of responsibility, e.g. bookings not carried out in accordance with the order. For simple negligence, the travel agency is only liable if it charges a fee for its mediation activities from the applicant, in this case the liability is limited to the travel price, unless the damage is due to intent or gross negligence.
The website published by WTG is checked for accuracy in terms of information and timeliness. However, this does not exclude that this information is free of errors. On the links mentioned on our web pages we do not take over any guarantee, since this information mentioned there is not checked by us.
Cancellation/Rebooking:
The cancellation fees depend on the respective general terms and conditions of the individual service providers (WTG hotel and accommodation partners, transfer providers e.t.c.). In individual cases or in the case of cancellation at very short notice, these can amount to up to 100% of the travel price. In general, for accommodation services up to 4 weeks before departure, 30%. The cancellation and rebooking conditions of the individual service providers can be requested by the customer at Wundertravel / WTG. The travel agency reserves the right to charge a handling fee of generally 100.- Euro in addition to the costs of the service providers charged to the customer. To avoid the cancellation fees, a travel cancellation insurance is advised.
Payment:
Upon conclusion of the contract, a deposit of 30% of the tour price is generally required, which will be credited to the tour price. Flight services must be paid in full immediately. The balance is to be paid at the latest 3 weeks before the start of the trip or with the handing over of the travel documents. In the case of short-term bookings, the total price must be paid immediately. Tickets are sent by normal mail or electronically. This is not insured separately. If travel documents do not arrive at the addressed address, replacement documents will be issued to the guest immediately.
As a rule, you will then receive your travel confirmation or travel vouchers again from us by e-mail or fax, which are to be submitted to the individual service providers.
Insurance:
We recommend that you take out a travel protection package when booking.
Passport, visa, customs and health regulations:
Each customer is responsible for compliance with valid domestic and foreign entry and exit, health regulations, passport and visa requirements.
Ineffectiveness of a travel condition:
Should any provision of the brokerage contract be invalid, this shall not result in the invalidity of the entire contract.
